Go back in time and appreciate its work. After a long rest in the cellar, this vintage, a tribute to our ancestors, is a veritable treasure of champagne.

To the eye: Yellow gold with very fine bubbles.

Nose: Intense, complex and pleasantly evolved.

In mouth: full-bodied from the outset, this champagne opens with aromas of ripe fruit and brioche, which continue with intensity, roundness and length on the palate.

Food and wine pairings: A champagne that will be wonderful as an aperitif and will also go well with a gourmet meal.

Ageing: 9 years on the lees in our cellars.
