To the eye: Deep gold

Nose: A frank, deep nose reminiscent of stone fruit.

In mouth: Full-bodied, vinous and fresh on the palate.

Food pairing: A generous demi sec, particularly good with desserts.

Ageing: 2 to 3 years on the lees in our cellars.
